Please note that international shipping times and customs clearance processes are outside of our control, so delays may occasionally occur.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

If you have just received your shipping confirmation email, please allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to update.

WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

We do our best to verify shipping details during order confirmation to help avoid delivery issues.

MARKED AS DELIVERED

If your package is marked as delivered by your local postal service (such as USPS, Canada Post, etc.) to the correct shipping address but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office and obtain a formal affidavit or report for a lost, stolen, or missing package.

Once this documentation is provided, we will review the case and may resend a replacement order at our discretion.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued in this situation.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and:

The customer refuses to accept the package, or
No delivery attempt is made in the destination country,

we reserve the right to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

We are based in the United States. However, because we operate multiple fulfillment and sorting centers around the world, some products may ship from international warehouses.

This allows us to provide our products at more affordable prices while maintaining worldwide shipping service.
